Acceptance of Terms of Use

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 217 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you are not permitted to use the 217 platform.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as a user and the management of 217. They apply to all users of the platform, including visitors, registered users, and any party accessing our content or services through any device or channel.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the 217 platform. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and have full legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement.

Account Creation & Security

To access the full range of 217's services, you are required to register an account by providing truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted only one active account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed without prior notice.

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. 217 will never ask for your password through any communication channel. All activity that takes place under your account is your responsibility, whether carried out by you or by a third party who has gained access to your account.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify the 217 support team immediately. We strongly recommend using a strong, unique password that you do not share with anyone, to protect the integrity of your account.

As a 217 user, you agree to comply with all platform rules and to refrain from engaging in any of the following activities:

  • Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or in any communication with the platform.

A breach of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, freezing of associated balances, and further legal action if deemed appropriate by 217.

Payment & Transaction Information

All financial transactions on the 217 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that their registered bank or payment account details are accurate and belong to them. 217 does not accept deposits or withdrawals using accounts or cards that do not belong to the registered user.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary depending on the selected payment method and are subject to change from time to time. Current limits will be displayed in your account dashboard at the time of the transaction. Successful deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe specified for each payment method.

Withdrawals will be processed to the Malaysian bank account registered under the user's name. 217 reserves the right to request identity verification or supporting documents before processing a withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding certain limits. This process forms part of the standard fraud prevention and anti-money laundering procedures observed by the platform.

Any transaction disputes must be reported to the support team within 30 days of the transaction date. 217 is not liable for transaction delays or failures caused by factors beyond our control, including third-party banking system disruptions.
